By accessing or using YumPDF ("the Service") at yumpdf.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

YumPDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files, including conversion, merging, splitting, compression, editing, OCR, and document scanning. Processing happens locally in your browser; we do not require file uploads to a server for these core features.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.

You retain all rights to any files you process using YumPDF. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not claim any ownership over, and generally do not have access to, your documents. If you choose to save a file to your own Google Drive via the optional Google sign-in feature, that file is stored in your Google account under Google's own terms — YumPDF only initiates the save action on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions or edits will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YumPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or documents.

Optional features (such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive) rely on third-party services governed by their own terms. Your use of those features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
